I wanted to restart the system after complete an installing so some software and i decided to you CLI (command reboot ) to restart instead of the UI. The reboot succeed but realized the KDE launcher interface was gone and let with some weird minimum interface but i noticed that the my installed applications and containers were still present and not lost. I don't know how to get the KDE plasma launcher back.
Reproduce:
Run "restart" in the terminal.
Expected Behavior:
Should restart without any issues when done from the command line.
