(Re-)incorporate quote signs for shortname identifiers, name attributes, and cross-references (e.g., EAPackage "xyz" instead of EAPackage xyz), cf Henrik's mail from .September 24th.

Is this still relevant? It feels like the current syntax works...

At least there was no feedback on that in the last meeting. So I'll close it (and potentially re-open again if the corresponding feedback re-occurs.)
