Global scale factor #21

Add an export option for this

In the ideal case every "exportable" object in the Blender scene gets added to a hierarchical structure which is then considered to be an armature or, similarly, the SMF node hierarchy/setup. In that case (if it works) the global scale factor is simply the scale factor to be applied to the root node.
