Feature compress all uncompressed blend files #12

To reduce SVN storage productions use the compressed blend file format. As
this is not default within blender it is time consuming to find and convert
them all.

Make a feature where you will find all uncompressed blend files and
compress them.

Back to started, feature has to be discussed first. BlenderInstitute: Artists 
work on
uncompressed version.
