Working with ColorRamps #5

Since most of the users use ColorRamp to manage colors, A feature shall be added to directly assign Colors from Spectrum to that ColorRamp.

Feature is added. The add-on is compatible with working with ColorRamps. However, the speed of refreshing palettes has increased
