Syncing Color Palettes with the Spectrum Node #6

A feature which allows user to sync saved color palettes from Spectrum Node to a cloud storage service, would allow them to use the saved palettes, on any system, and anywhere

Also, the Feature would essentially use a secondary path to load and save palettes. This directory can be of a cloud service (Eg. Dropbox) which automatically syncs the new files.

Doing this would save time and effort of working with different cloud storages

Feature Added, The Saved Palettes menu items has icons that correspond to if the palette is local, or synced, or both
