GDCapi+PLINKdata+ForgetPassword+ChangePassword #102

  1. GDCapi work: currently it can only support two projects in GDC database.
  2. PLINK data can be upload
  3. ForgetPassword+ChangePassword have done
  4. Change the appearance of registration email
  5. Delete some useless icon

What is GDCdata folder? Do we need to include it in the repo?

This dir is like Example data, for user's directly using GDC data we downloaded and provided rather than downloading slowly from GDC database. I think we can put it on server when we open the link, but it doesnot necessary for developing, since the dir is a huge.

Ok seems reasonable. For now, can we split the addition of this folder into another branch? It's hard to review the code changes with so much data as well.
