Manhattan plot connecting #107

  1. clear the repository and remove big GDCfile out, and the data is stored in api branch
  2. this pull request is a revised version of #102, other than the function stated in #102 , Manhattan plot can be draw according to the file linking.
  3. The structure of marker data need to change, since Manhattan plot need chromosome info, so please use data in /Document/Exampledata/ManhattanPlot for demonstration.

config.gypi shouldn't be under git, please remove.

Also, would prefer data files to be added in a data-only merge. Please remove data files for now, then we will add them after merging this code.
