Two changes made in this PR:

1) New UI for errors made when someone tries to change password (i.e. enters incorrect current password, or mismatching new passwords)

2) Deleted the subset features from chart toolbar and top right corner of top bar

Actually, I have a newer branch with these changes and more. I'm just going to make that PR (sorry for the mistake!)
