Created new Password Change error page, deleted 'subset' features, added organizations, and implemented a few visualization changes #143

Changes made in this PR:

1) New UI for errors made when someone tries to change password (i.e. enters incorrect current password, or mismatching new passwords) image

2) Deleted the subset features from chart toolbar and top right corner of top bar

3) Users can now sign up with an organization

4) Colors of the zoom buttons are changed to a yellow-orange color

5) Graphic of "Loading Visualization" appears while D3 draws the graph/chart image

6) In chart toolbar, the text "GenAMap is a project of Sailing Lab at Carnegie Mellon University' appears at the bottom right corner

7) Added 'About' button in top menu bar that links to our About Genamap page
