Minor bugs/features updates

Apologies for the bulk PR, but they're mostly minor ui changes from throughout the semester (see our Websites Bugs / Features doc for details)!

Changes made in PR:

1. config.js file now has server field to reference
2. email confirm button works for Genamap's server by referencing correct server (from config.js)
3. -100% for activity now displays "ERROR"
4. login/forgot password/create account background consistent
5. login/forgot password/create account boxes do not mess up when window size is changed
6. recommendation text to use firefox or chrome added to login
7. when you click the email confirm button, you get a confirmation of the verification
