There's a linking error when I compile. But other than that, the code is fine.

@blengerich Sure. I believe there are some problems with this, I will look into it after I fix the linear mixed model thing and make pipeline for that.

I don't really have a good plan on it...

I will merge this branch to simplify the codebase, but I guess we don't include this algorithm in our future plans, so we do not need to worry about integrating it with frontend.
