ShippingService.cs .Net Framework 4.0 #14

Hi Bertrand, i tried to set Target Framework to .Net 4.0, on the project, but i get errors, on ShippingService.cs where you invoke the methods MachineKey.Protect and MachineKey.Unprotect those are not available on .Net 4.0. Can you help me by giving some direction on the best way to solve this. My clients hosting company doesn´t support .Net 4.5 just .Net 4.0. Thanks.

Nwazet.Commerce will be 4.5 only going forward. I had anticipated Orchard itself to go 4.5 only as had been voted. That didn't happen this time but it will in the next version, so I'm not going to spend time ensuring 4.0 compatibility. Your client should urge their hosting company to upgrade, or move to a better one.
