When the 'attributes' feature is enabled, upon visiting a 'bundle product' page an ArgumentNullException is logged to the debug log and the add button/form is missing.
It appears that attributes cannot be added to a bundle product, but GetAttributeDisplayShape expects attributes from any product.

Steps to repro:
1) Check/enable 'Bundles' and 'Attributes' features.
2) Create 2 x products.
3) Create 1 x bundle comprised of the 2 x products from the previous step.
4) View the bundle product: (the add button/form is missing and a debug message is logged - attached).
