Thanks, it works... Yes, not on modulars/injected pages, sad... but ok, all works fine in other pages ! I would like to implement Editable sections in some parts of my theme directly in template.twig's files ! It is possible ? Make it working without shortcode ? Any clue ? Thanks again

Anything is possible with Grav, really. However I don't have a clue and currently I don't have time to dig into it unfortunately.
