I'm still working on getting xbmc4xbox compatibility but so far you need to do
the following:

Download all the files from
https://code.google.com/p/bluecop-xbmc-repo/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk%2Fplugin.
video.hulu%253Fstate%253Dclosed directly keeping the directory names or use
command "svn export
http://bluecop-xbmc-repo.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/plugin.video.hulu Hulu" on
your computer with a svn client.

The same thing happens for me with this add on as well as the freecable addon.
I'm using it on Android on a droid razr maxx. The repo installed fine, but
when I tap the addon, & choose install nothing happens. I found the installing
addons menu & it shows up but is stuck at 0% & doesn't move. This happens with
every addon I try. I haven't had any problem with this repo in xbmc on my
laptop, so I assumed xbmc for android just had a problem with addons, but I
tried the queeup repo & it works fine on Android. I installed 2 addons from it
with no problem in a few seconds each. I'm using this over Verizon 4Glte so
there shouldn't be any problem.
