No plugin works except ESPN3

Q: What steps will reproduce the problem?

A: Starting any stream in your great repository.

Q: What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A: Expecting the stream to start. Getting the message "Playback failed - One or 
more items failed to play. Check the log file for details."

Q: What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

A: I don't see any version number. It's the file 
"repository.bluecop.xbmc-plugins.zip". Operating system is Windows 7 x86 and 
x64.

Q: Please provide any additional information below.

A: Strangely ESPN3 is the only stream that works for me, but only after I 
replaced the default.py by the modified one provided by dahlSTROM. However, 
none of the replays available are working. They are buffering awfully slow and 
then the stream suddenly ends.

As for the other plugins I think it might be a problem that my current 
residence is Germany. Is it possible to watch these streams outside the US at 
all?

I missed to mention, I'm using XBMC Dharma 10.1 and the LOG file, which is 
attached to this comment.

Furthermore, I managed to get the replay videos of ESPN3 to work by using 
Hotspot Shield (US IP). However, still none of the other plugins work. YouTube 
is working although.
