Fails to associate?? #701

Wherever MACADDRESS is, imagine there is an actual mac address.
Every time I try to use reaver, it doesn't work. This is what my terminal looks 
like:

root@SuperSlickSpy:/home/spyhunter# reaver -i mon0 -b MACADDRESS -vv -db-small

And that warning keeps repeating. What is the issue?
