Display Current Platform Version in "Captain" Interface #244

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, there is a usability issue with the "Captain" Platform regarding version visibility. Currently, users are unable to see which version of the platform they are using. This lack of information can lead to confusion about whether the platform is up-to-date, especially when troubleshooting or comparing functionality with other users.

Describe the solution you'd like I propose adding a clearly visible "About" section or similar area within the platform’s settings menu that displays the current version number. This should be easily accessible from the main user interface, perhaps as part of the user's account menu or on the main dashboard.

Describe alternatives you've considered Another alternative would be to include the version number in the footer of the platform's interface or as part of the initial loading screen information. Additionally, providing a history log of updates and changes accessible through the platform could be beneficial, giving users a more detailed insight into their current version's capabilities.

Additional context Having immediate access to this version information will aid users in ensuring they are operating on the most recent update, facilitate easier support and troubleshooting, and improve overall user satisfaction by enhancing transparency about the software they are using.
