docs: move homepage to nextra

Motivation

removed docusaurus as it didn't meet our a11y guidelines and had several performance issues
nextra offers some additional flexibility and fits our general next.js stack
use tailwind to get a better feel for it, as we will soon release some tailwind starter templates for captain apps
extended documentation in form of readme files
scoped typedoc for cleaner sidebar navigation
