Publishing v0.11 #74

Hello, thanks for this useful library! I would like to use dedicated custom elements but they seem to be available since v0.11 and latest version in npm is v0.10. They are already mentioned in README and v0.11 was marked in April 2022. Any plans on publishing v0.11 soon?
