Issue while Scanning the Code from Recent Section and Gallery Section

The Bug is that while scanning the same QR code image from the Recent Section in Mobile will give the result but if we go from Gallery Section then it will produce the error for the same QR Code.
I tested with the Android 9 (Pie)
