Create elliptic confinement with passive cells #2

Since commit 76278fd - works well with radius ~ 10. However passive_cell.phenotype.geometry.radius = parameters.doubles("passive_cell_radius"); does not seem to change the radius of the cells so for other radius values, passive cells seem either too sparse or too dense.
