As discussed with @milstan on 2022-07-20, "urgency" and "prioritisation" are two different things.
We should avoid being led by "perceived urgency" as much as possible and only consider our actual goals and their requirements (i.e. what blindnet needs to succeed, including but not limited to what our users and clients need the most) when prioritising tasks.
As a consequence, the name of this label is misleading (leading @milstan to avoid using it), and needs to be changed.
In the meantime, please consider "priority:1 (urgent)" has NO relation whatsoever with "perceived urgency", and just follow these labels' descriptions when prioritizing.
