Add blindnet img for dark mode #3

Added images for both dark and light theme on github. We may consider using a single image that works on both.

For some reason, doesn't work if I use "Sync with system" theme mode here. Choosing "Single theme" works.

There are still some issues with this solution (see #2).

Uploading images so we can use absolute URLs: blindnet-light blindnet-dark

The github org profile page can't access relative URLs. So I just used the URL above for dark-mode instead and directly pushed the commit on main, and it works! :tada:
