move/rephrase all useful docs scattered across Github to blindnet.dev/io #62

We now have many contents scattered across several repositories:

This makes such content more difficult to find, with few incentives to contribute, and some of these contents may be difficult to understand for newcomers.

After defining a new structure including such document for blindnet.dev in #26, this issue is here to track the migration / "translation" of these contents to blindnet.dev, and, marginally, to blindnet.io if relevant.

Relevant docs have been moved (or more precisely, copied) to blindnet.dev, therefore meeting this goal for Q3.

https://github.com/blindnet-io/communication-management/issues/178 still need to be addressed and has been planned accordingly

https://github.com/blindnet-io/devrel-management/issues/77 is now out of this issue scope
