📌 Investigate and fix Azure VPN recurring connectivity issues #931

Our Azure Gateway VPN is often failing, apparently for no reason, especially considering a simple redeployment (sometimes two) fixes it temporarily.

We need to fix this, probably first by contacting Azure support (probably named something else) and if it doesn't work, let's deploy our own VPN software like OpenVPN, L2TP or anything that works and is easy to use on a VM in Azure.
