Description

On Sagan Retards de justice form, on page 3, the french field label "Téléverser la décision du CPH" uses the abrevation "CPH" (which should be used only for the file name not for the field label on the form)

Proposed solution

Change "CPH" to "Conseil de prud'hommes" -> "Téléverser la décision du Conseil de prud'hommes"
