Proposed solution

Implement "Dossier de vente" form for Etude Lepic (same form as for Loreto https://github.com/blindnet-io/product-management/issues/817 + https://github.com/blindnet-io/product-management/issues/869 )

  1. Use /etude-lepic-vendeur for the link type base url
  2. Use "Etude Lepic - Dossier Vendeur" for backoffice name of the form
  3. Use FR:"Dossier de vente"/EN:"Sales file" for link of the form in emails to send the form
  4. The rest of the form is the same as for the Loreto one

Everything is good, I just can't test now to send the form to email as there is a problem with the server:
