🐛 email confirming delete request has been sent is missing #994

Yes

Description

When user send a delete request :

  1. he first receive email 4 to confirm his delete request
  2. he clicks on the link from email 4 to confirm delete request
  3. he receives email 2 DELETE to confirm delete request has been sent

-> currently as a submitter I do not receive email 2 DELETE neither on staging nor prod (tested with 2 different email adresses)
