Sometime user want to limit participants for a meeting. This pull will allow them to do so. Also removed bigbluebutton binding for URL. User may have custom API URL.

@jfederico - Any chance that this PR can be reviewed and pulled - the lack of configuration options is a serious block to using BigBlueButton in Wordpress..
