Implementing a basic CI workflow with appveyor

splitting psake task files and including them
separating psakefiles depending on BHBuildEnvironment
moving all build related tools to 'build'
updating documentation
build_script with build.ps1 Compile
test_script with build.ps1 TestIntegration
after_test create artifact ZIP and publish it
