Feature: push notifications

I think it’d be a great feature to be able to get push notifications when there is new activity. For example, a child/caretaker could be using another app on their phone, then get a push when someone needs attention.

It's rather complicated to set up, but Parse has a guide: http://docs.parseplatform.org/parse-server/guide/#push-notifications

I would leave this to do later. We should do it, but it is less important than some other things.
