dvb-s2 missing channels 28 east #33

iv compiled the image for spark7126 all seems fine except on 28 east the dvb2 
hd channels dont get picked up during a scan 
a manual scan of freq 12012 qpsk 29500 3/4 does pick up a few of the hd 
channels but get tune failed if i flick to them 
i attach a log from a scan of 28 e 
for test purpose i scanned 19 east but that found all channels including all 
dvb2 hd channels so problem only appears with 28 east

Is it sky provider? 

AFAIK it is known problem of spark7162 tuner driver, maybe it is already fixed 
in upstream, we should check it.

yes channels are mainly sky providers on 28.2 east

attached is a log of scanning some dvbs2 hd channels from searching it appears 
there were a similer problem with 19 east when the drivers were first released 
dboxoldie fixed it but im unable to find solution
 what iv also noticed is skythriller hd says tune failed but after short time it does lock on and work you can see this in log.
i think D3501.c is the culprit there also seems to be alot of 
ignore sdt update data.... incorrect transponder tunedset sequence pos 3 in the 
log

tune failed.
DVB service failed to tune - error 1
RemovePopup, ignore sdt update data.... incorrect transponder tuned!!!
