subtitle/audio language is not saved on channel... #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.subtitle is not rememberd/saved when i change channel... i have to select 
every time subtitle on channel change

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no subtitle when i change channel

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OpenAR-P_OE2.0_211_alien_epl3-git-03-01-13_a65db78
amiko alien1

I can confirm that too.
Automatic language selection doesn't work at all.
even they are selected first, and second language preferences, none of them was 
auto played on channel. Tried all possible combinations - first, second, prefer 
language stored with service... do not work at all.

The only way to activate subtitles is manually, and after changing the channel 
one must select again and again... Quite irritating...

First and foremost, i have that problem too. And definitely is quite irritating 
to constantly go into the audio section to change the subtitles on every ZAP.

Oh man, it should be fixed immediately! In the next version of the AR-P, i mean.
Since many people use the AR-P image, and many people in their country don't 
have audio sync so they are forced to watch movies and documentaries with 
subtitles.

In my humble opinion, this is by far the most stable enigma for SH4 receivers.

Same bug on my image to:
OpenAR-P_OE2.0_211_alien_gst-git-03-01-13_a287e7c on Alien 1.

Alexeytech, when we can expect a new version, with correction of this bug? 
Sorry, but we need this quickly soon as possible.
HDMU almost every day throws up a new versions, just because all the bugs that 
users reported to HDMU Team immediately repaired, compiled and uploaded.

I don't know did you know, but you must know, that HDMU team have no problem 
with this issue. But AR-P team make better image there other team, i like AR-P 
E2, then i'll wait your new version just for a few next days.
After that, i'm really sorry but i must put some another image in my box. I 
don't think that you are lazy, but please, this is a Huge Bug, i'll ask you 
again, please fix that in a next few days and give us a new version of AR-P.

Hi,
On what channel can I reproduce your bug ?

Audio language is saved correctly, and I have never seen channel with subtitles 
yet...

Ok, obvious that there is a misunderstanding.
The problem lies in the fact that the AR-P does not save DVB subtitles on ZAP!
At each zap, we must re-enter in the Audio section ---> Subtitles and chooose 
DVB subtiles languge again.
AR-P does not save subtitles!
On every ZAP we must renter in Audio Language ---> Subtitles and again choose 
Croatian/Serbian/etc. DVB subtitles.
Get it?

Yeah, I understand you now. We haven't seen this issue before, because Russian, 
Deutch channels comes with no subtitles AFAIK.
So please give us transponder/satellite of some Croatian channel to test 
subtitles staff and reproduce your issue.

You can use, for example RCS DigiTV packet on 0.8 W (Thor).
There's a couple of channels that have Serbian/Croatian DVB subtitles, like 
Discovery CE, Viasat Explorer, CBS Drama, CBS Reality, etc. ...
If i'm on the Discovery CE and we setup Croatian DVB subtitles for this channel 
then if we switch to another channel and back again on Discovery CE Croatian 
subtitles not working any more. We must again enter to the Audio section ---> 
Subtitles section and select again Croatian subtitles for Discovery CE.
This is just an example!

Может быть это важно знать, что это ошибка, 
потому что каждый другой Enigma от других 
команд, помни DVB субтитров при смене канала.

Ok thanks alexeytech, all the guys that are writing here about this problem 
have another problem with watching the aforementioned historyhd 12015h hd o.8w 
thor,and also for example with channels on Hellas Sat 39e transpoder 
12606h(arena1,arena2,arena3 etc) where picture after 15-30 min begins to 
twitch...

AR-P, it seems that you are to lazy to answering the previous questions. Why?
Ok, now it's all up to you! If you don't want to respond to our questions then 
we are be forced to switch to a different image from the other teams. 
Is it such a problem to answer when a new version wiil be out???

I'll wait for you for next 2 days, if you don't throw out a new version with 
this fix then goodbye ARP for all time.

Dear Windef, you should realize that AR-P is a bunch of enthusiasts, that work 
on enigma when there is free time from the main job and day to day life, so 
there is nobody sitting and waiting for you to complain and give you an answer 
straight away.
So please do not behave like a cowboy and bear with us, as we value you as a 
user and bug reporter, but if it is really that insupportable for you then we 
can not stop you from moving on to different image, so please do not give us 
deadlines, as you do no pay us for the work we do.

Hi Windef,

The AR-P wants to make a release as soon as it is possible, now we have to 
settle on what must be fixed in next release and with what bugs we have to 
leave in due to the lack of resources. Now we re going through a big merge with 
pli image and after that if it proves to be stable and wont show any major 
regressions we'll release, it is not in our interest to be holding you waiting 
on the new release, but we want to release something new and something that 
works.

Thanks Alex, but there is a problem on booting enigma, with that file, Enigma 
does not start, just looping and say "load" and nothing happens.

Check this,
this is a source code that you have on original E2, from 03.01.2013:

our member "subixonfire" (like i say) found something strange in 
'cachedsubtitle' string, which he was edited, and now same source code looks 
like this:
