Two-finger scroll doesn’t work in code-server terminal

Configuration

Blink 15.0.3.520 iPadOS 15.3.1 code-server 4.0.2 (using docker linuxserver/code-server image)

Describe the bug

The Terminal pane of code-server cannot be scrolled using two fingers on the Magic Keyboard. Nothing happens when attempting to scroll, the pane can only be scrolled using touch.

The expected behavior is that the Terminal buffer can be scrolled using two fingers, similar to how editor panes work.

The issue doesn’t affect the default code editor (which I think is using vscode.dev) because that version doesn’t have a terminal.

Can confirm the same issue on iPadOS 15.6 using codespaces. Right now I’m using tmux as an alternative solution.

I have exactly the same issue on Blink v. 16.0.4.643 running on iPadOS 16.2 using code-server v. 4.9.1 with Code 1.73.1.
