Blink v17.1.0.851 iOS 17.0.3

Describe the bug feature

Currently there's no way to reorder open tabs. I'd like to request the option to do so. Some ways I'd like to see this feature implemented include:

The option to reorder the tab left or right via keyboards shortcut.
The ability to name the tab, either manually or via OSC-0
The ability to see the name of the current tab and its position
Possibly an overview showing a preview of all open tabs with the ability to rearrange them by dragging
