I have experienced this too. It’s not too bad being able to press Cmd+O but it’s not ideal if you’re switching quickly.
This has made Blink unusable for me on an external monitor. I don’t know if it’s related to the whole command key getting stuck after command-tab bug in iOS... but every time I command tab from an app to Blink I can’t do anything unless I hit command-o twice.
I just started mirroring the screen instead of using more screen real estate.

OMG, I overlooked that there was a setting for that! Thank you!

This sounds highly related to #1158.
When I’m working with an external monitor and leave blink to reference something then come back my cursor is now always on my iPad screen and I must switch it back to the secondary monitor so that I can keep working.
It would be great if Blink remembered where my cursor was last focused to drop this step.
