d3dxof and dinput8 broken? #166

winetrickstest failed with

/home/dank/.wine/dosdevices/c:/winetrickstmp/dxnt.cab: No such file or directory

Did the latest directx redistributable update break this?

Worse yet, dinput8 is busted for the same reason.  And that's a verb I've seen 
used.
