wisotool2 -q dotnet30, divinity2_demo hang sometimes #213

wisotool2test doesn't reliably finish, needs a bit of babysitting still.

On Linux, dotnet30 often piles up 13 or so langpack windows
that have to be closed before it completes.

On Windows, divinity2_demo sometimes hangs at the
final "start installing" button.
