Maybe this could use some more detailed documentation of what this tool factors in and whether/how it adjusts to mispredicted calorie intake.
I've been using the tool for a very short time, but have the feeling the recommended calorie intake to reach a set goal does not match my output yet.
Is that expected to change? Like does the tool recognize I'm loosing weight faster than it intended?
And if so, wouldn't it be a good idea to have a training phase of like a week, where no goals are aimed for, but only the tracking of weight and calories is taking place, to make the recommended calorie intake match the output more properly?
