support --help #9

Most UNIX tools support this, so follow the principle of least surprise. Yes, --help is not actually a "short" parameter, but it works without changing too much of the code… 🙂

That's probably a good principle! :) I felt this approach was a bit hacky, and I didn't like how --help showed up in the "short form column" in the help page, so I picked another approach to implement this in f951137. :)

A --version option would also be neat, I guess!
