Use thumbnails for images #3

We don't need to fetch the full-resolution image, a thumbnail would be sufficient, and much faster.

Especially for printing I would like high resolution images.

@EdJoPaTo I agree, and tried to settle for a compromise in 7fd904c – does a usually-worst-case resolution of 200 DPI sound sensible?
