Support search queries using phonetic spellings #147

It would be nice to support lexicon queries using natural phonetic spellings and standard transliterations in addition to Beta Code. For example, we could allow "th" to be entered for theta instead of "q" or "o" to be used to represent both omicron and omega. This would be best implemented along with issue #136.
