Discrepancies between "key" and "orth" values in lexicon #65

The "key" values, which we currently use to create the headings, are swapped for "an1" and "an2." The "orth" values are correct. I am not aware of any other key-orth discrepancies, but it would be nice to create a test to check this. (See #17.)

The fix to the headings in the lexicon entries will be included in the 1.2.1 update. We still need a fix for the lexicon list problem described in the fe1d403 commit message.
