Big shift to use the new resource.json so raids, fractals, tokens etc can be updated externally without updating the module. And also for future localization once Leaky updates the proof endpoint to use the token's resolvable ids instead of/alongside their english names.
The resources.json has been created manually by me. Once Leaky has reworked bits of his API and provides a proper endpoint the field KILLPROOF_RESOURCES_URL has to be changed.
