Mouse over for info #12

Consider support showing a tooltip when mousing over icons both on the compass and perhaps even the in-world icons (when a modifier such as CTRL is being held).

Useful to help indicate what a marker or trail is for.

The compass now displays tooltips when moused over.

We also no support the new tip attributes.
