Added more reminder settings:

• Title Text Color & Opacity

• Message Text Color & Opacity

• Background Color

Most reminder settings are now directly applied to already visible reminders.
The setting page now has the option to display permanent reminders to help with setting them up properly.

Bugfixes

• Fixed backend check logic swapping between states.
