Feature

Added the ability to skip Defeated screen animations by performing a double-click anywhere on your screen.

Bugfix

Fixed Defeated screen animations being slightly cut short due to the auto-respawn in the Super Adventure Box. They will now play to completion in the SAB unless skipped by a double-click.
