Release notes updated by Nekres.

Changes

Added Compass / Minimap settings category.
Added Show on Compass with Background setting (default: disabled). The background may overlap herd icons along the top edge of the minimap.

Bugfix

Fixed misalignment of the compass display after the user-interface size has been changed.
